Members of the public are free to make complaints relating to Health and Safety to the offices of the OSH Agency.
Complaints can be made in person by coming to the offices of the OSH Agency located on the corner of Duncan Street and Independence Square, Port of Spain or, by calling the OSHA hotline which has been established for this purpose. The number for the OSHA hotline is 623-OSHA (6742) or by Email

Persons making complaints do not need to identify themselves.
Whether complaints are made in person or over the hotline; a Health and Safety Officer will take the complaint using the specified form and enter the complaint in the OSH Agency complaints log book. The complaint will then be assigned to the Unit responsible for the Industrial sector to which the complaint relates.
After the complaint process is complete, your complaint will be investigated by the OSH Agency.
